JOHN McCORMICK
As a previous national athlete and qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor, I am passionate about fitness and helping people to be the best they can be. I work with clients to succeed, whether its to lose weight, tone up or build strength and achieve a healthy lifestyle.
I listen to you and your needs, setting effective training plans that will achieve your goals quickly. I can expertly advise you on your diet to maximise your progress and motivate you to keep at it.
Sessions are on a one-to-one basis or if you'd prefer with another person or in a small group.
I am happy to train you at the gym or at your place of choosing, your home, the park, wherever you feel comfortable.
I'm here to help you get the results you need to feel great.
